All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. The maximum occupancy per apartment is two residents per bedroom

  • 1-bedroom - 2 occupants
  • 2-bedroom -4 occupants
  • 3-bedroom - 6 occupants

Our guest policy is guests can't occupy the apartment for more than 14 consecutive days without written consent and no more than 28 per month. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
Guest parking is available at the community. Guests may park in designated guest parking areas at no additional cost, and no permits or fees are required. Contact the leasing office to find more information about our guest parking policy.
